Good afternoon dear Web Designer, i've bought the extension "PayPal API" but i've discovered i can't use it, because direct payments aren't supported in Italy. Now i'd want to buy the extension "PayPal Express", that should work fine in Italy and should allow me to receive payments with credit cards. Can i have a refund for "PayPal API"? Thank you.
