Ask question plugin pop up problem

Ask question plugin - pop up open problem

Hello, I have a problem with Ask question plugin. When I click on Ask a question in category product list it opens the form in pop up and it is ok. When I open it in product view the form opens in new window(like in the picture bellow) not in pop up as I want. I have looked in the file ask_question.php to solve this problem trying to change the code but without success.

Any help please?
