Addon Joomshopping Payment Remind -> Functions unusable

Hallo, wir haben das Addon "Reminder payment" erworben. Der Grundgedanke des Add-ons ist gut, allerdings können wir das Addon produktiv leider nicht gebrauchen. Der E-Mail Text ist unprofessionell und sagt nichts aus. Der Inhalt müsste zweisprachig angepasst werden können. Darüber hinaus macht das Addon nur Sinn, wenn in der E-Mail die notwendigen Zahlungs- und Kaufinformationen zur Bestellung genannt werden. Anderenfalls sagt die Zahlungserinnerung nichts aus und der Kunde weiß nicht, was und weshalb er zahlen muss. Am besten wäre ein Erinnerungstext und zusätzlich eine Kopie der Auftragsbestätigung oder die Möglichkeit, die entsprechenden Werte als Text zu übergeben. Aktuell ist das Add-on leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Oder habe ich etwas übersehen? Vielen Dank für Ihre Hilfe.

Hallo liebes Entwickler-Team von Joomshopping! Anbei ein Beispiel für eine korrekte Zahlungserinnerung. Wenn eine solche E-Mail an den Kunden verschickt wird, sollte außerdem immer eine Kopie an den Shop Betreiber gesendet werden. Die Zahlungserinnerung sollte ein Anschreiben und zusätzlich immer die dazugehörige, vollständige Auftragsbestätigung beinhalten. Vielen Dank.

Habe das Addon auch grade gekauft und eigentlich nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht den Text selber anzupassen!
Der vorgefertige Text ist wirklich ein schlechter Witz...

1) Kann man den Text selber anpassen?
2) Wie lange dauert es noch bis der hervorragende Text von ecoShopUser integriert wird?

Es wäre ausserdem super wenn man einstellen könnte ob automatisch auch die generierte PDF Rechnung mitversendet wird.

Man sollte auch irgendwo einstellen können welchen Status die Bestellung haben muss das eine Erinnerung versendet wird!

Ich habe z.B. Vorkasse Bestellungen aber auch liefere auch gegen Rechnung!
Wäre toll wenn ich also sagen könnte: Erinnerung für alle mit Status "Offen" und für alle mit Status "Gegen Rechnung versendet".

die neue Webseite ist so gut wie fertig. Vor der Veröffentlichung würde ich natürlich gerne den Shop vollständig haben. Leider kann ich das aktuelle Add-on so wie es ist nicht nutzen. Thank you for the new Add-on. It looks good, but some attributes do not work. The attributes {discount}, {payment_information} and {delivery_information} are empty in the email. Could this be a bug in the add-on? All the other attributes are included and displayed in the mail.

Information: The attribute {discount} is only displayed if the attribute includes a value. If the value is empty 0.00 EUR should be displayed.

Language File:
German Subject "Ihre Bestellung ist unbezahlt" -> Correct / Better: "Zahlungserinnerung zu Ihrer Bestellung {order_number}".
English Subject: "Your order is unpaid" -> Better: "Payment Reminder for your Order {order_number}"

Hi Thank you for the update. It works. There is only one little problem with the subject.

The Admin Mail contains the Order Number (%s).
For the customer Mail this entry is not possible in the language file.

vielen Dank für das tolle Plugin. Es wäre noch schön, wenn man mehr wie 1 Bestell-Status für die Zahlungserinnerung verwenden könnte. In unserem konkreten Fall wäre es sehr hilfreich, wenn man im Backend einstellen können, bei welchem Status die Mail jeweils verschickt werden soll. Nicht nur beim Standard Status. Ist das möglich oder kann man die PHP eventuell manuell anpassen?

thanks for the great plugin. It would still be nice if I could set more than 1 Order Status for the payment reminder. In our particular case, it would be very helpful if you can set in the backend, in which state the mail should be sent. Not only the standard status. Is that possible, or is it possible to customize the PHP manually?

Hallo zusammen,
wir haben einen schwerwiegenden Fehler beim neuen Paymend Remind Add-on festgestellt. Das Plugin verschickt die Zahlungserinnerungen auch dann, wenn eine Zahlung beispielsweise abgebrochen bzw. nicht beendet wurde. Es werden Erinnerungen für nicht beendete Bestellungen geschickt. Dieser Fehler ist im produktiven Betrieb fatal und alles andere als kundenfreundlich. Wir haben das Addon nun erst einmal wieder gelöscht. Es wäre toll, wenn dieser Fehler behoben wird. Vielen Dank.

Hello everybody,
we have found a big error in the new Payment Remind add-on. The plugin sends payment reminders even if a payment has been canceled or is not completed, for example.It sends reminders for unfinished orders. This error is fatal in a productive system and not customer-friendly. We have uninstalled the addon now. It would be great if this error will be fixed. Many thanks.
