Joomshopping Addons: Baselinker Integration

Integration of your shop with Baselinker — synchronise the orders, statuses and catalogue of JoomShopping with the Baselinker sales management system without exporting data by hand.

Features

• Automatic transfer of orders from JoomShopping to Baselinker

• The connection point of Baselinker to the shop — either a fixed URL (?option=com_jshopping&controller=addon_baselinker) or a short alias (?baselinker) configured by a system plugin (routing through onAfterRoute)
• Baselinker requests are authorised by a password (bl_pass) which is checked against the API key (apiKey) set in the addon settings
• Support for the data exchange charset (charset, UTF-8 by default) with conversion when needed
• API methods are dispatched on the fly — every Baselinker call (Shop_*) is handled by the corresponding model method, with logging of the requests
• An option to send a message to the customer when the order status is updated (update_status_send_msg) — integrated with the standard JoomShopping notifications
• The order ID is shown in the order list of the JoomShopping backend for convenient reconciliation with Baselinker

Main settings

• Communication password — the key (password) for the connection between the shop and Baselinker
• Charset — the data exchange charset
• Data exchange file — the address of the exchange file that is entered in the Baselinker settings
• Order status update send message — send the customer the standard JoomShopping e-mail when the order status is updated from Baselinker
