Joomshopping Addons: Count product in category

The product count right in the category tree — the customer sees at once where the choice is bigger and is more willing to enter well-stocked sections of the catalogue instead of empty ones.

Features

• Adds the number of products in brackets to the name of every category (Category (12)) on the category list page and in the filter block of the product list
• A configurable counting mode: "Calculate in parent category" — whether the products of the child subcategories count towards the total of the parent category (enabled by default)
• The counting is done with a direct query on the product-to-category relation table (#__jshopping_products_to_categories), traversing the subcategory tree recursively when summing is enabled

• Calc parent — include the products of nested categories in the counter of the parent category
