Joomshopping Addons: Hide product / category

Products and categories that are absent from the public catalogue but can still be sold — through a direct link, to particular user groups or in closed mailings.

Features

• Complete hiding of a product from the catalogue product list while access through the direct URL is preserved (the hide_product flag)
• Hiding a whole category from the category list (hide_category)
• Access to a category can be limited to particular user groups (the #__jshopping_category_to_usergroup table) — the category is shown to the selected groups only
• A "show hidden categories to the default group" option (default_usergroup)
• A "hide the products of a hidden category entirely" option (hide_product_in_category)
• Works on the frontend (product list, categories) and is respected in the SQL queries that build the catalogue (onBeforeQueryCountProductList, onBeforeQueryGetProductList)
• Storage: new hide_product fields in #__jshopping_products and hide_category in #__jshopping_categories

Main settings

• Default usergroup — hide the products from customers of the default group (including guests)
• Hide product in category — hide the hidden products in the category lists as well, not only in the search
